Privacy & Cookie Policy
Last updated: September 30, 2026
This policy explains what personal data we process when you visit this site or write to us through the contact form, what we use it for, and how to exercise your rights under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD) and Spanish Law 34/2002 (LSSI-CE).
1. Data controller
- Owner
- MAIBIND
- Contact
- hello@maibind.com
2. What data we process
Contact form: your name, your work email and the message you write. We only ask for what we need to reply; please don't include anything else in the message.
Browsing: like any web server, our hosting automatically logs technical data for each visit (IP address, browser, date and requested page). It is used only to keep the site secure and running.
3. What we use it for
To answer your question or demo request and, if you ask, to share information about MAIBIND before a potential contract.
We don't send marketing emails unless you explicitly ask for them, we don't build profiles, and we don't make automated decisions with your data.
4. Legal basis
The consent you give by ticking the box on the form (GDPR art. 6.1.a) and, when you ask for a demo or a proposal, taking steps at your request before a contract (GDPR art. 6.1.b).
Server logs rely on our legitimate interest in protecting the site against abuse and attacks (GDPR art. 6.1.f).
You can withdraw your consent at any time. That does not affect anything processed before.
5. How long we keep it
Form data is kept as long as needed to handle your request and, at most, 12 months after our last contact if we don't start working together. After that it is blocked for as long as legal claims may arise, then deleted.
Server logs are deleted automatically within 30 days.
6. Who we share it with
We don't sell or hand over your data to third parties, unless the law requires it.
Our web hosting provider (Google Cloud, with servers in the European Union) and our email provider process it on our behalf only, under a data processing agreement. If any of them accesses data from outside the European Economic Area, it does so with GDPR safeguards such as the European Commission Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
Right now the form doesn't send data to any server of ours: it opens your email app with the message ready, and you are the one who sends it to our address.
7. Your rights
You can ask us for access, correction, deletion, objection, restriction and portability of your data, and withdraw your consent, by writing to the contact email above. We will reply within one month.
If you think we haven't handled your data properly, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
8. Security
The site is always served over HTTPS, and we apply technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss or alteration.
9. Cookies
This site doesn't set cookies or similar technologies (local storage, pixels or fingerprinting), first-party or third-party. We don't use analytics or advertising, and fonts and every other file are served from our own domain, so your browser doesn't connect to any third party when you visit.
That's why there's no cookie banner: there is nothing to accept or reject. If we ever add cookies that aren't strictly necessary, we'll update this policy and ask for your consent before turning them on (LSSI-CE art. 22.2).
10. Children
This site is aimed at businesses. We don't knowingly collect data from children under 14.
11. Changes to this policy
If the way we handle data changes, we will update this page and its last-updated date.
